Benghazi – Sunday, 21 December 2025 His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. Abdel Hadi Al-Huwaij, chaired on Sunday morning, 21 December 2025, the thirty-seventh meeting, with the participation of directors of the political departments and heads of the technical offices of the Ministry. The meeting was devoted to evaluating and reviewing the Ministry’s overall performance outcomes for the year 2025. Participants reviewed the most significant programs and activities achieved, discussed the challenges and constraints that affected the workflow, and assessed the level of administrative and technical performance across the Ministry’s various departments and affiliated entities. Directors of the political departments and heads of the technical offices also delivered detailed presentations on the proposed strategic plans for 2026, aimed at developing institutional performance and enhancing the effectiveness of diplomatic work, in line with the Ministry’s orientations and strategic vision for the coming phase. In his remarks, His Excellency the Minister stressed the importance of strategic planning and regular follow-up, calling for the unification of efforts and the promotion of teamwork in order to elevate performance standards and achieve the set objectives, in a manner that serves the supreme national interest.
