In implementation of the directives and instructions of His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. Abdulhadi Al-Huwaij, and in line with his continuous commitment to monitoring the conditions of community schools and foreign schools, as well as providing support and assistance to our brothers from the sisterly Republic of Sudan, a humanitarian initiative was carried out in the city of Ajdabiya to support the educational process. The initiative included the provision and distribution of classroom supplies, school materials, fully equipped schoolbags for students, and office furniture, in cooperation with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). This initiative aims to help create a suitable educational environment for the children of the Sudanese community. The monitoring and implementation of the initiative were supervised by: Mr. Wael Makhlouf, representing the Consular Affairs Department; Mr. Mohammed Al-Sheikhi, representing the Civil Society Organizations Department; Ms. Wafaa Al-Qattani, representing the National Committee for Community Schools and Foreign Schools. This step reaffirms the commitment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to supporting resident communities in Libya and strengthening humanitarian and educational efforts in coordination with international partners, in a manner that upholds humanitarian considerations and serves the public interest.
