Benghazi – Sunday, November 10, 2025 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation held this morning the second meeting of the founding committee tasked with drafting a proposal for the statute of the Social Solidarity Fund, which is to be established within the ministry. The establishment of this fund comes as part of the ministry’s commitment to strengthening the spirit of solidarity and mutual support among its members, and to promoting the humanitarian and institutional values that foster a culture of cooperation and unity among employees across its various sectors. During the meeting, the participants discussed the proposed regulatory provisions and reviewed mechanisms for financing and managing the fund, ensuring that its social and humanitarian objectives are achieved effectively and sustainably.
