Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Holds the 30th Regular Meeting of Departments and Technical Offices Benghazi – Wednesday, November 5, 2025 His Excellency Dr. Abdelhadi Al-Huwaij, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, chaired this morning the 30th regular meeting of departments and technical offices at the Ministry’s headquarters in Benghazi. The meeting included the approval of the matters presented and discussed in the previous session, as well as the review and discussion of several important agenda items, most notably: The adoption of the decision to establish the Social Solidarity Fund and the formation of its founding committee; Discussion of the development of the Ministry’s official website to better reflect its diplomatic and administrative activities; Examination of the “Humanitarian Embassy” project and the assignment of a specialized preparatory committee to oversee its establishment; Follow-up on the ongoing preparations for the opening of the Sudanese School in the city of Al-Marj, as part of efforts to support resident communities in Libya. The meeting also discussed a number of issues related to the workflow of technical departments and the various activities of the Ministry.
