Benghazi – Monday, April 26, 2026 In line with the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Libyan Government, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the Ministry’s staff across various departments, offices, and divisions, and in implementation of the human capital development policy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has launched a specialized training course entitled “The Art of Professional Etiquette.” The course is organized by the Human Resources Development Department and is held over two days, with three training hours per day. It is delivered by Dr. Ali Al-Maliki, a specialist in etiquette and protocol. The course witnessed notable attendance and engagement from Ministry staff, covering several key topics, including professional communication skills, workplace etiquette rules, principles of official protocol, as well as skills for creating a positive impression and building effective professional relationships. In this context, the Head of the Human Resources Development Department, Mr. Issam Al-Agouri, emphasized that this course is part of a series of training programs aimed at developing employees’ behavioral and professional skills, thereby enhancing performance efficiency and improving the quality of services. The course also highlighted the importance of promoting a culture of etiquette and protocol in the daily work environment, given its role in strengthening the institutional image and reinforcing standards of professional excellence. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation continues to implement its training plan for the current year, in line with best practices in qualifying national cadres and enhancing their professional capabilities.
