Benghazi – Wednesday, April 15, 2026 His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Libyan Government, Dr. Abdulhadi Al-Hweij, chaired this morning the sixth regular meeting of the Ministry’s technical departments and offices, within the framework of following up on the implementation of approved plans and programs and enhancing institutional performance. During the meeting, the minutes of the previous session were reviewed and approved, before proceeding to present and discuss the timelines for the second quarter of 2026, in addition to assessing the level of progress achieved during the past period. The meeting also addressed the study of proposals and views submitted by the concerned departments and offices, in a manner that ensures improving institutional performance and strengthening technical and administrative coordination and cooperation within the Ministry. His Excellency the Minister emphasized the importance of working in a spirit of one team, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of diplomatic performance and strengthening the presence of the Libyan state at both regional and international levels.
