Benghazi – Monday, 9 February 2026 The Staff Affairs Committee held its second meeting, chaired by the Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, and attended by the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, the Head of the Administrative Affairs Division, the Head of the Human Resources Development Division, the Head of the Financial Affairs Division, a representative of the Ministry of Civil Service, in addition to the Head of the Staff Affairs Division in his capacity as Secretary of the Committee. The meeting was dedicated to discussing a number of items included on the agenda, during which several files related to staff affairs were reviewed. The various legal and administrative aspects associated with these matters were examined, and the necessary decisions and recommendations were adopted in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations in force. The convening of this meeting comes within the framework of the Ministry’s commitment to ensuring the proper conduct of administrative work, strengthening the principles of job discipline, and advancing the human resources management system, in a manner that contributes to supporting institutional performance and achieving the administration’s organizational objectives.
