Benghazi – Monday, January 12, 2025 The Director of the Industrial Research Center, Mr. Bobaker Bougaila, honored today at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Libyan Government, Dr. Abdelhadi Al-Huwaij, by presenting him with the Shield of the Industrial Research Center, in appreciation of his national efforts and his continuous support for scientific research and the development of the national industry. This honor comes in recognition of His Excellency’s contributions to supporting research institutions and strengthening their role in serving national development, in addition to his diplomatic efforts that have enhanced the presence and status of the Libyan state at both the regional and international levels. Officials of the Industrial Research Center affirmed that this honor reflects their appreciation of the prominent role played by His Excellency the Minister in supporting integration between scientific research and the national industry, contributing to the achievement of sustainable development and opening broader horizons for scientific and technical cooperation.
